[For how impressed many people seemed by his mere existence back in his world, Goku is still nothing but a child and he has a pretty normal body in fact. So normal that it can even catch colds, specially if the child spends hours playing outside while it's raining.

The bad thing about colds is that they cause someone to get stuck in bed for days as they rest. The good thing is that they pass pretty soon in just a week or so if one takes proper rest. So now, Goku's mostly recovered, he feels awesome again, full of energy and without any pain and his nose doesn't run anymore!

But he's still in bed and he doesn't know if he can go out or not already even if he totally feels capable of it.]
