[For how impressed many people seemed by his mere existence back in his world, Goku is still nothing but a child and he has a pretty normal body in fact. So normal that it can even catch colds, specially if the child spends hours playing outside while it's raining.
The bad thing about colds is that they cause someone to get stuck in bed for days as they rest. The good thing is that they pass pretty soon in just a week or so if one takes proper rest. So now, Goku's mostly recovered, he feels awesome again, full of energy and without any pain and his nose doesn't run anymore!
But he's still in bed and he doesn't know if he can go out or not already even if he totally feels capable of it.]
HAKKAI!!!! HAKKAI!!!! HAKKAI!!!!! CAN I GO OUT TO PLAY NOW?!!! I'M BORED!!
[Actually he's not sure if Hakkai is at home or not, but if he calls him loudly like this if he's at home he will hear and if he's outside he'll hear it too, right? Well, he and the rest of Luceti, obviously Goku hasn't stopped to think about if people will appreciate a kid yelling through the journals.]

Maybe, but I can play in the water while I take a bath! I can bring my toys with me and see them float and play with them as much as I want! And you can't because you don't take baths.
